Dr. Troiano completed her extensive fellowship in Tampa, FL with distinguished Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Edward Farrior, who connected her with our practice. She is the premier female plastic surgeon in Palm Beach specializing exclusively in Facial Plastic Surgery—and she'll always call Tampa her second home.

A lifelong learner and academic high achiever, Kristen is a four-time graduate of the University of South Florida and has completed her fellowship in Anti-Aging, Metabolic, and Functional Medicine through A4M. She has fulfilled all clinical requirements for the Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP) examination and remains committed to advancing clinical excellence through ongoing education and collaboration.

Kristen is an active member of the International Peptide Society, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), The Menopause Society, the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurse Council, the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network, the Dermatology Nurses’ Association, and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. She has trained internationally with key opinion leaders in regenerative and aesthetic medicine and frequently leads clinical trainings at her Tampa-based practice.Beyond clinical care, Kristen also serves as a medical analyst for the Law Offices of Keith M. Hanenian and has held an executive board position with the Tampa Chapter of the National League of Junior Cotillions since 2014, an organization dedicated to instilling values of honor, dignity, and respect in youth.Outside of her professional endeavors, Kristen is devoted to her family. Together, they enjoy traveling, staying active, and spending time with their beloved dogs.
